You may use our Services only as permitted by law and according to these Terms. The Company may suspend or stop providing Services if you do not comply with our terms or policies, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

3. Requests, Quotes and Scheduling

Submitting a form or asking us for a quote does not create a booking. Prices we discuss before seeing the site are estimates. Work, dates and final pricing are confirmed by us directly, and can change based on site conditions, access, utilities, permits, weather, disposal costs and the actual scope of work.

4. Contacting You

When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us by phone or email. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying our Services.

5. Dumpster Rentals

If you rent a dumpster, you are responsible for providing safe and legal access for delivery and pickup, for what is placed in it, and for keeping loads within the agreed weight and fill line. Hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, tires and batteries, must not be placed in our dumpsters. Additional charges may apply for extra days, overweight loads, prohibited items or blocked access.

6. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the quote or invoice for your job. You are responsible for amounts owed for work performed and equipment provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, design and images, is owned by Superior Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Our website and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that this website will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Louisiana law.
